Transfers Team Manager

Natalia joined Pinnacle in 2018. As the Transfers Team Manager within the Paraplanning and Compliance department, she is responsible for establishing new strategies and managing the processing and completion of transfers for clients (with particular focus on pensions and investments).

Working alongside the Head of Operations, Natalia works with the practice’s business administrators and financial advisers on a day-to-day basis, whilst managing key relationships with regulators and other external stakeholders. All aspects of the role are unpinned by the essential emphasis on compliance to ensure clients achieve the best outcomes.

The role is also pivotal in supporting aspects of the Pinnacle Adviser Academy programme.

Before joining the Pinnacle team, Natalia worked in the computer gaming industry as an Online Community Manager.
